So, being "inspired" by Hepar's little modification on the cover picture of phase 81 and Cailon's picture, I made this little picture. Enjoy for those who may find it funny!

I think that Kisiro drew venusians using this picture. So it's not belly, it's a chin.

To understand this, you have to know, that in the manga "One Piece", Rookie- pirates with a certain bounty on their head are called Supernova. At the moment, there are 11 Supernovae in One Piece and volume 51 features them all on the title "The 11 Supernovae":
