BAA - Extra Story Volume 2 Download?

On the Manga Downloads page, there are links for BAA Extra Story Volume 1, 3 and 4, but no link for 2. Wanted to bring this to site admin's attention if it hasn't already been done. I had a look through the 'Comments and Suggestions', '404 Error' and 'Users Corner' forums and ran a search, but didn't see any mention of this.

Extra story #1 is part of Gunnm Complete Edition #1;
Extra story #3 is part of Gunnm Complete Edition #3;
Extra story #4 is part of Gunnm Complete Edition #4.

There is no extra story in Gunnm Complete Edition #2.
We have all the lacking pages in the "Battle Angel Alita" group, in the topic "BAA + BAALO Raws". Take a look.
