Thank u all, Moonlit ^^

Anyway, they must have arrested Gunnm scanners only, since everyother comic i read has been regulary released on scans :D

EDIT: And by the way, fuck japanese police, i buy Gunnm everytime it is released in Italy, but here they sell it as a monographic comic, and we are still at the end of the ZOTT, is it so weird we want to read the story as soon as it is published?

breaking news : if you own a DVD/BR, you can't even rip it yourself for a more convenient use : the cultural product belongs to the rights owner, you only have a physical copy for the convenience of usage, you still don't own the content, and can't rip or alter it in any way.

yes, you read that well : you don't own what you own, same for jailbreaking a phone etc. welcome to a brave new world.

Actually in Italy u can make up to 1 copy per time of DVD's and similar media for personal use, as part of the mutual agreement which starts when u buy the intellectual product. It's just a good sense rule in order to prevent the natural deterioration of the item.

While other mangas are scanned more or less in time, including pointless hardcore ecchies, no1 seems to care of BALO. How sad.

It's because YK hasn't gone down that road that the popularity of LO hasn't surged.

Which is why we all love it like we do. :D

Truest statement I've read this year.
This is the bullshit companies like Microsoft does, and has been doing. Some games (even if they don't have online play) require you to have an internet connection at all times, and may shut down or switch to a demo version if you don't, because in the fine print, you actually don't own the game. About 5 years ago my brother moved into a new place. TV and internet services weren't gonna be set up till next week, and so my brother figured he'd still be able to play some of his games on his Xbox that he had bought and downloaded to pass the time. Only 1 game worked, several switched to 'demo mode only' and the rest just didn't work at all.

This is why many game companies hate businesses that sell used games.
Greed.

From what i can paste together from the site moonlit gave earlyer.
The one who supplies the magazines, bought the wrong one.
I'm sure it gets sorted out.
Battle Angel Alita members fans, sorry:
Because of my carelessness, should be inferred, in speaking of the flock to buy books the students bought the wrong number ... ... Delay the release of a Chinese ... ... The feelings of the people to waste time and money ... ... Hereby apologize, I hope you don't get me wrong, a Chinese group ... ... Chinese groups also looked forward to the arrival of 120 ... ...
Because Japan's anti-piracy initiatives, previously in Japan released source to stop the upload, Battle Angel Alita after Chinese need localization group buy ... ... This makes the Chinese groups had to make a change from free sources to the self source ... ... New model just because of my errors in the first place, and a serious impediment to the localization process, I am very sorry, speaking of the group I will have an explanation, for excellence in the readers I'll be finished at a later time, playing its part in ... ...
More than ... ...

Hehe.
I've been talking with moonlit.

The problem is "you order 120" 20+ days pass "you get it"
120 and 121 are ordered, they just haven't arrived yet.
The time it takes to order, and the webshop to actually send the product doesn't help either.

Patience is a bitch....i know.

20 days to get an order? Sounds really slow. wouldnt it be faster to buy the copies when they hit the Japanese market and pay extra for fast shipping on Amazon or something?

20 days to get an order? Slow? That's SUPER FAST.

Here in Russia it usually takes about 3-5 months to receive an international parcel, if it isn't lost or stolen. 1 of 10 parcels usually are delivered broken or opened (because post office employees checked it for something valuable to steal).

3-5 months for each parcel are because of the customs service, which is incredibly slow intentionally (and sometimes demands a bribe nearly openly for 'speeding up' - a customs officer will phone call you and tell you "Your parcel will be stopped for about 3 months, but I can speed it up for you. It's not for free, of course." The price usually depends on a parcel's price and can vary from 5% to 75%). If you refuse to pay the customs officer, he can even do something terrible using the bureaucratic apparatus to make it nearly impossible for you to receive this parcel - for example, you will be asked to collect a set of documents, which will require a lot of time and nerve (about a week of running between instances and a lot of money for bribes, for example).

Sure but who's paying for the extra?

Gotta love corruption in the postal system.
